Newsletter: Stories of Hope and Healing

At Heart River Lutheran Church and Bridges of Hope, we’ve seen something beautiful happen: lives are being changed, even behind correctional center walls. God’s love is reaching youth and women at the North Dakota Youth Correctional Center and Heart River Correctional Center—and it’s making a real difference.

Through worship, fellowship, and simply showing up, we remind our neighbors that they are not forgotten. With the help of friends like you, we’ve been able to share Recovery and First Nations Bibles, hygiene kits, baby items, and Fresh Start Kits for those stepping back into daily life. And our partnership with Ministry on the Margins is helping former residents find vital services and safe spaces for healing.

This work is holy. It’s hopeful. And it’s something we share together as a community of faith. We’re so grateful for everyone who walks with us in prayer and support.
